At Narrow Minded Railworks, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions below.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been assembled, painted, modified, or used
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Gift cards

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to:
- Return the original item (once approved)
- Place a new order for the replacement item
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
