Measuring 750mm x 305mm x 56mm, this baseboard is manufactured from 6mm Medite MDF for exceptional strength and rigidity. It is also fully compatible with the PECO 200 Competition Board, making it ideal as an extension to an existing PECO layout or as the starting point for a new exhibition-quality project.

The low-profile 56mm deep construction provides a neat, professional appearance while leaving plenty of room underneath for wiring, point motors, and electronics. The precision-cut components ensure straightforward assembly and a rigid finished structure.

We recommend assembling the kit using a quality PVA wood adhesive such as Gorilla Wood Glue (not included).

Material

Manufactured from premium 6mm laser-cut Medite MDF, supplied with a plain finish ready for painting, weathering, or scenic treatment.

Laser-cut edges will have the characteristic dark finish and may retain a slight odour immediately after manufacture, which quickly dissipates. Any minor laser marks can be lightly sanded before painting if desired.

Assembly

Supplied as a flat-pack kit requiring assembly. Precision-cut parts ensure an accurate fit for a strong, durable finished baseboard.
