These figures are 3d scanned from real people to get both realistic looks and poses! 

This figure is suitable as a Driver either mounted or standing around in the yard. He is approx 77mm tall and is in G-Scale 1:22.  The first picture is one of my own painted versions, this is not included, the models come unpainted.  

(like the scale of LGB/Bachmann etc.)

The model is printed here in the UK  using high detail resin. The model is supplied unpainted and can be primered with halfords grey primer or tamiya fine surface primer.

All items are cleaned and cured by hand, and the figures may require some minor finishing if needed before painting. The condition is new and they are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd class.

Our packaging is Eco friendly, the exterior packing is made in part from Recycled Materials and is fully recyclable, the interior packing materials are acid free and made from 99% recycled pulp fibres.

Please do bear in mind that resin can be quite delicate so try to avoid dropping your parts! Sadly, we cant be held responsible for breakages once your item has arrived. However, if the piece is broken in the post, please provide images and we will see what we can do to help to make things good.

Needless to say these items are not toys and are not suitable for minors as they could be a choking hazard because of small parts.

Troubleshooting FAQs

My figure arrived broken in the post, what should I do?

If your figure has been damaged during delivery, please take clear photos of the damage and the packaging as soon as possible. Contact the seller with these images so they can review the situation and see what can be done to put things right.

The resin looks a bit rough in places, is this normal?

All items are cleaned and cured by hand, and some minor finishing may be needed before painting. Light sanding, scraping or smoothing of small imperfections is normal and part of preparing a high-detail resin figure.

Part of the figure snapped after I dropped it, can it be replaced?

Resin can be quite delicate, so dropping the figure may cause breakages. The maker cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs after the item has arrived safely. You may be able to repair minor breaks with suitable model glue, but replacements for accidental damage are not guaranteed.

The figure seems slightly warped or bent, what can I do?

Very slight bends can sometimes be carefully corrected during your finishing process, but take great care as resin is brittle. Work slowly and gently; if you are unsure, it is often best to leave minor warps rather than risk snapping a part.

The detail looks soft after priming, did I do something wrong?

It is possible to obscure fine detail with heavy coats of primer. Apply your primer in several light passes rather than one thick coat, keeping the spray can moving and at the recommended distance. This will preserve the crisp detail from the original 3D scan and print.

Does the figure require assembly?

The figure is supplied as a resin model and may arrive as a single piece or with small parts, depending on the print. All items are cleaned and cured by hand, but you may need to do some minor finishing, such as removing small marks or tidying up surfaces, before priming and painting.
