Here is our interpretation of the Billard T75d Loco tracteur. Originally built in France before the war by Établissements Billard in Tour over 200 were made. They saw service throughout France and famously on the Maginot Line. Several variants were built such as the T75G and the T75P.

Due to the diminutive size of these locos to run on the 60cm narrow gauge rail we have had to take some liberties to ensure that they fit the Kato chassis. However the end result is very pleasing and immmediately recognisable as a Billard Loco.

The first picture shows it painted, supplied kit is unpainted and without figures or scenery. The last picture is of the real loco, also not included.

It is designed to easily clip onto a Kato 11-109 motor bogie chassis, one of the pictures shows how the clips easily work. It can also be removed easily by using a small flat bladed screwdriver to ease the clips free one at a time.

The interior is seperate so that it can be easily painted and drops onto the chassis and the the body sits on top. If you wish to glue it, then something like Roket card glue provides a semi-permanent fix so that it can still be removed. Otherwise superglue can be used to permanently fix things. The handrail is supplied and can be glued into place in the holes provided. This is a great easy to build kit highly detailed locomotive that will look really nice on a layout and can be easily added to if required with extra detail.

We print our own models here in the UK using high detail resin. The sale is for the kit chassis, hand rail, body and interior, it is unpainted and the kato chassis is shown for information only. Finishing: All items are cleaned and cured by hand. They are unassembled (if needed). Ready for you to prime and paint. We do our very best to remove support marks but some fine sanding may be required. All pieces and parts come unprimed and unpainted with all supports removed. Please do bear in mind that resin can be quite delicate so try to avoid dropping your parts! Sadly, we can't be held responsible for breakages once your item has arrived. However, if the piece is broken in the post, please provide images and we will of course see what we can do to help.
