For sale: 009 Hungarian Forestry Diesel Shunter Body. This resin model is designed to fit securely onto a KATO 109 chassis (chassis not included). The body easily clips onto the chassis and is a push fit into the sub-chassis, allowing for easy painting before assembly. The kit also comes with separate headlamps that can be painted before fitting. Holes are ready for the included brass wire to form handrails (wire will need to be cut and bent).
This high-detail resin model is printed in the UK and is compatible with the KATO 103 chassis (see our other listings). The sale is for the body, headlamps, wire, and sub-chassis only - it is unpainted and does not include the KATO chassis.
Our packaging is eco-friendly and made in part from recycled materials. The interior packing materials are acid-free and made from 99% recycled pulp fibers. All items are cleaned and cured by hand, unassembled (if needed), and ready for priming and painting.
Some fine sanding may be required to remove support marks.
